Acadiana Sold is a full-service online real estate advertising service available to individuals who are selling and/or renting properties without the aid of a realtor. Acadiana Sold is not a real estate agency or brokerage firm, but rather an innovative way to advertise properties for sale or rent on the internet. Online ads are created by an Acadiana Sold representative and remain posted on AcadianaSold.com until the property is sold.
Since Acadiana Sold is not a real estate agency, we don’t charge commission for this service. Clients pay a one-time fee to cover the creation and posting of the ad and the ad remains on the internet as long as necessary. There are never any additional fees assessed regardless of how long it takes to sell a home. Once the ad is posted, buyers are then able to “tour” the property online whenever it’s most convenient for them.
